What is 4c Hair?
4c is a term used to describe hair that is tightly coiled and has an appearance similar to soft cotton when it is in its natural state. 4c hair is delicate, it tends to knot easily, and if not cared for properly it is prone to dryness and breakage. 4c hair often has a curl pattern, but that pattern is not visible without the use of curl defining products and techniques.
