Payments:
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Money Orders. You can pay by money order by selecting "money order" under Payment Options when you use the shopping cart.  If you have any difficulties please contact us for assistance.

All orders with The Franklin and Franklin Company are processed in our shopping cart hosted by Mal's E-commerce Limited, an internationally acclaimed and reliable online shopping cart. All credit card data is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. To view the SSL certificate for our shopping cart click on the "secured by Thawte" badge when you are on the page where you enter your credit card data.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We offer sample kits for you to try before ordering larger sizes.

Shipping:
We ship using the US Postal Service and UPS. If you would like your order shipped by another method (like Fed Ex) please contact us before placing your order.  Orders are generally shipped three to four business days after your payment has been received. 

International Customers:
