Payments:
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and Money Orders. You can pay by money order by selecting "money order" under Payment Options when you use the shopping cart.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We offer sample kits for you to try before ordering larger sizes.

Shipping:
We ship using the US Postal Service. If you would like your order shipped by another method (like UPS) please contact us before placing your order.  Orders are generally shipped three to four business days after your payment has been received.  Books are shipped separately from our cosmetic products.  Please see each book's description for information about its shipping times.
